All orders are packaged with care in our atelier in London to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.
Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.
All products are made to order so please allow 7 to 14 days for your order to be dispatched. We try our best to ensure timely delivery however, please note that with a made-to-order system during periods of high volume, it may take up to 15 business days to process and create pieces for your order.

Wipe the outside surface of the shade with a soft, damp sponge or cloth, and wipe immediately
with a dry cloth.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools such as steel wool, scouring sponges, or stiff brushes.
Never use strong cleaning agents such as white spirit, turpentine, household glass cleaner, or
cellulose thinners.
Only wipe the inside of the shade with a soft, damp cloth or feather duster.
Every object is printed individually therefore please allow for minor differences and evidence of
the 3D printing process.
