At BOHOBO, our designs are meticulously crafted from sustainable materials, with a focus on PLA filaments. PLA is a 100% bio-based polymer derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane, or beets. This eco-friendly material is non-toxic, making it a responsible choice for both consumers and the environment.

We source our PLA filaments from trusted suppliers who mix them with natural by-products like mussel shells, oysters, scallops, and wheat offcuts. These materials are naturally coloured through the recycling of waste recovered from short circuits in various sectors, including agriculture and catering. This process not only reduces waste but also gives our products unique textures and appearances.

* Because the natural materials used in the mix, such as shells, may vary, each batch might differ slightly in color, adding a unique touch to every piece.

How to take the best care of your BOHOBO Cloudy Lamp...

Safety precautions:

• Keep the product well out of children’s reach.
• Do not place the cable within reach of small children or anywhere with a risk of falling over it. The lamp is only intended for interior use.
• Use only E27 maximum 60W LED bulb.
• Don’t use a bulb that comes in direct contact with shade.
• Consult a professionally qualified electrician if in any doubt.
• If the external cable or cord of this lamp is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. If you are uncertain, please contact BOHOBO.

Cleaning instructions:

• Wipe the outside surface of the shade with a soft, damp sponge or cloth, and wipe immediately with a dry cloth.
• Do not use any abrasive cleaning tools such as steel wool, scouring sponges, or stiff brushes.
• Never use strong cleaning agents such as white spirit, turpentine, household glass cleaner, or cellulose thinners.
• Only wipe the inside of the shade with a soft, damp cloth or feather duster.

All orders are packaged with care in our atelier in London to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.

All products are made to order so please allow 7 to 14 days for your order to be dispatched. We try our best to ensure timely delivery however, please note that with a made-to-order system during periods of high volume, it may take up to 15 business days to process and create pieces for your order.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK and the EU but please contact us with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.

BOHOBO will perform the required custom declarations. 

Please note: Depending on the regulation of the destination country, your order might be subject to additional custom fees or local taxes. All taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

BOHOBO does not cover extra storage or shipping costs that may result from lack of custom clearance or duty/tax payment. For more information regarding customs, taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
